Today was such a great day! The boys are done with school, we are back from Disney, and it feels like summer has really started. The past few months my boys have all been begging to help me at the studio. I decided they are all old enough that it just might work for some sessions. Yesterday Keaton, my oldest (age 11 1/2), helped me with shoots in both Seward and Lincoln. He did GREAT and I enjoyed spending time just the two of us. This morning, my youngest, Micah (turning 8 in 3 weeks), helped with two sessions in Seward. He carried my Radio Flyer fire truck, helped make the kids smile, let me tickle him, chased the kids, and did such a great job! I was pinching myself the whole time at how much fun my “job” is and feeling so blessed that as the boys get older, they can continue to be a part of my business. Spending time with them in this way was simply- fun.
Tomorrow is Connor’s turn so stay tuned for an update on how that goes!
After lunch I finished up my newsletter and here is the link. We have lots of news, events, and information about a fantastic charity, Operation Give a Hug. Please click here for a link to the newsletter… http://mim.io/a1da21.
